The board will consist of 11 general members, the president of the Nittany Lion Fund, and a Smeal representative. The initial board will be appointed by Smeal and any subsequent additions will be decided upon through an application and election process.
The board members will serve a one-year term with the option to be re-elected up to two times (maximum of a three-year term).
Every year, three to five board members are expected to exit the board in an effort to invite additional members from the membership to the board. Members will be asked to complete a general application to be reviewed by the existing board. The board will vote members in by a simple majority vote.

Senior Alumni Relations Chair: responsible for interaction and communication with senior alumni and planning the senior alumni event.
Mentorship Chair: acts as a liaison between the Nittany Lion Fund and the board and is responsible for coordinating mentoring events with current students and members.
